一、公司簡介

In 2016, Foreign Trade Center (Holdings) set up Fujian Foreign Trade Tower, Foreign Trade Center Building, World Trade Plaza and Foreign Trade Center Yuehua Hotel to form the “Fujian Foreign Trade Tower Building Group” for unified management. In 2017, Foreign Trade Center Property develops building management business which is around Fujian Foreign Trade Tower and supporting facilities around the building group.  Foreign Trade Center Property has been continuously optimizing its industrial layout and expanding into external property markets. It has successively undertaken projects such as Zhenhai Tower, Lin Shu's Former Residence, Aofengfang Historical and Cultural Block, Rongcheng Judicial Drug Rehabilitation Center, and Fuzhou Border Inspection Station，forming a relatively mature property service system.
